In Winterspring, you will fight great flying creatures called the Chillwind. These beasts possess the power to wield frost magics. If you wish to gain resistance to frost, bring me the E'ko you find from the Chillwind.
Remember, you must have the Cache of Mau'ari in your inventory if you want ta hunt for E'ko.
