Description
You've no doubt been fighting long and hard among the towers, <race>. We would like to give something back to you in return for your defense of these lands, but first, you must prove to us you understand the weight of the tragedies that took place here.
Walk the streets of Stratholme and find a vial of the holy water. Once you have it, travel to the mage quarter of Stormwind or the Undercity... There, if you are victorious within these lands, you will find my colleague.
